Please note that we're on 3.0.9. Read through this guide carefully before proceeding, and I won't be held liable for any computer crashes that may arise just because you failed to read the directions.Instructions1) Go to your World of Warcraft Data Folder ( C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Data\ )
2) Delete the file 'Patch.MPQ'
3) Go up one directory ( C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\ )
4) Start Repair.EXE and select 'Check Files Only'
5) It will take a little while to finally find Patch.MPQ missing. When it does it will tell you to fix it.
6) Fix it! Once it is done, you should be back at 3.0.1
7) Update the game using all required patches to 3.0.9
8) Edit your Realmlist.WTF per the
Connection Guide, then run WoW.EXE ( C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\ ). Delete the WoW Icon on your Desktop and replace it with WoW.EXE (If you see the latest WoW News and it starts to download the latest update, that would be the Launcher. Close it immediately, then browse to WoW.EXE )
9) You're done Downgrading/Downpatching. Make and
